PF Universal Feedback Unit
PF series universal feedback unit is a high-performance transmission energy-saving product. It uses "flexible PWM technology", "LCL filtering technology", "full voltage automatic tracking" and "zero current" processing technology to improve the current quality when the feedback current crosses zero. Under the premise of feedback stability and power factor, the regenerative energy generated when the motor is running is fed back to the power grid, which not only saves electricity, but also is environmentally friendly. The PF feedback device has a built-in fuse, which will not damage the original control system even if the output is short-circuited.
⒈Adopt "LCL filter technology", THD is less than 5%
⒉ Support parallel mode, easy to achieve capacity expansion
⒊Intelligent fan control mode, more economical and energy-saving
⒋Comprehensive energy saving rate as high as 20%~60%
⒌Adopt phase sequence automatic identification technology
Using the automatic phase sequence identification technology, the phase sequence of the three-phase power grid can be connected at will, and there is no need to manually distinguish the phase sequence.
⒍Built-in reactor and filter, plug and play
PF series universal feedback unit adopts integrated structure design, built-in reactor and filter, users do not need to purchase separately
⒎Completely replace resistance braking
PF can completely replace resistance braking, turn energy-consuming components into power-generating components, and save more than 60% of installation space
⒏ Eliminate potential safety hazards
Remove the high-power resistors that generate heat, greatly reduce the temperature of the production environment, and eliminate potential safety hazards
⒐Simple selection, no need for tedious calculation of resistance value, torque, etc.
It is widely used in motor regenerative braking applications in various industries.
