PMD Inverter for Oil pumping
PMD oilfield pumping unit energy-saving and control device (pumping unit frequency conversion feedback integrated machine) is an energy-saving device designed and produced according to the production process of oilfield pumping unit. Since it entered the market in 2003, it has been widely used in major oil fields in China.
PMD enables the pumping unit to realize the process control of soft start, soft stop and speed regulation. It has the advantages of small starting current, stable speed, reliable performance, and small impact on the power grid. It can realize arbitrary adjustment of up and down stroke speed and closed-loop control operation. The user can determine the stroke, speed and liquid production of the pumping unit according to the liquid level and pressure of the oil well, reduce consumption and save energy, improve pump efficiency, reduce equipment wear and prolong service life.
PMD has been tested by the energy-saving monitoring centers of various oilfields, and the comprehensive power saving rate can reach 20%-50%. The energy-saving effect is remarkable, and it has been promoted and used by major oilfields as the preferred product.

The built-in reactor and filter can be directly connected to the power grid, and the energy feedback efficiency is as high as 97%. Compared with general-purpose inverters, it saves 15%~25% more energy, and the heat loss is less than 3% of the resistance braking, reducing the heat source and enhancing the safety system.
